About the role:
We are seeking an experienced, results driven and hands on Marketing Manager on a fixed 1 year contract to join our growing team at Mars The Label. In this newly created position, the Marketing Manager will play a pivotal role in leading and developing marketing campaigns and initiatives that increase brand awareness, customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue.
The Marketing Manager will develop workflows from brief through to execution, taking project management of the marketing critical path and ensuring consistent messaging across the entire marketing mix.
The Marketing Manager will translate business strategy and commercial objectives into clear marketing briefs, project timelines, and actionable delivery plans. They will ensure campaigns and initiatives are executed efficiently, delivered on schedule, aligned with brand standards, and consistently implemented across all channels, global markets and customer touchpoints.
Key responsibilities:
- Working closely with the Head of Brand to implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Manage and optimise digital marketing channels including paid performance, paid social, email marketing, SEO, PPC, and affiliate marketing.
- Day to day management of our Digital Agency to manage and optimise paid advertising campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Google, Pinterest, and other relevant platforms.
- Working with our external digital performance agency to maximise return on ad spend (ROAS), customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
- Monitor paid campaign performance, analyse data, and provide actionable insights and recommendations on a weekly basis.
- Support website traffic growth through SEO, content marketing, and digital partnerships.
- Develop the CRM strategy to drive customer acquisition, retention, loyalty, and lifetime value.
- Analyse customer behaviour and purchasing trends to identify opportunities for personalisation and increased engagement through CRM initiatives.
- Working closely with the Head of Brand and Social Media Manager to support the social media strategy and content planning across platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and emerging channels.
- Supporting the Head of Brand with marketing planning for new product launches, seasonal collections, promotions, and brand initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with creative, e-commerce, and merchandising teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and positioning.
- Day to day management of our external agencies including Paid Performance, PR and SEO.
- Working closely with the Head of Brand to support the creative team on content creation including photography, videography, copywriting, and campaign assets.
- Working alongside the Influencer team to Identify, support contract negotiations, and manage relationships with influencers, creators, ambassadors, and talent agencies.
- Work closely with the PR agency to develop seasonal communication plans, product launch strategies, and media outreach initiatives.
- Support press activity, media requests, and brand storytelling opportunities.
- Support the Head of Brand to plan and deliver brand events, influencer events, collection launches, pop-ups and customer experiences.
- Coordinate event content capture to maximise social media and PR opportunities.
- Identify opportunities for partnerships, sponsorships, and experiential marketing activations.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities and present to the senior leadership team.
- Monitor and strengthen brand positioning across all customer touchpoints.

About you:

- Minimum 3 years' experience in a marketing management role, preferably within fashion, retail, or e-commerce.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and performance marketing.
- Proven experience managing paid social campaigns and influencer marketing.
- Excellent analytical skills with experience using platforms such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Klaviyo, or similar tools.
- Strong project management and organisational abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Commercial awareness with a data driven approach to decision making.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Self starter, highly motivated with a positive attitude and team player mentality.
