A purpose-led and community-driven organisation are hiring a Marketing Manager to join their marketing team on a 9-Month FTC.
If you’re an experienced marketer with proven people-management experience and looking for a role where you can quickly make an impact, this Marketing Manager fixed term contract offers the chance to step into a varied, hands-on position within a supportive and purpose-led organisation.
You’ll lead a small team of 3, while implementing and delivering marketing strategy across a wide range of channels. This role suits someone who enjoys balancing team leadership with practical campaign delivery, and who is confident stepping into a busy environment with immediate responsibility.
About You
- Proven experience in a marketing role with responsibility for managing or mentoring a small team.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and multi-channel marketing.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Confident managing workloads, deadlines and project timelines across multiple workstreams.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, report on performance and recommend improvements.
- Comfortable owning a budget and tracking costs.
- Highly organised, proactive and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- A collaborative team player who can build strong relationships internally and externally. Communication is key for this business.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Owning a broad marketing function, setting priorities, ways of working and standards across campaigns, content, brand, digital, PR, events and website.
- Managing and developing a team of marketing coordinators, ensuring work is delivered to a high standard.
- Plan and run multi-channel marketing campaigns that support operational and growth goals. Managing budgets and KPIs.
- Working with BD team to set GTM strategies.
- Manage B2B and partner marketing that build commercial partnerships.
- Defining lead quality and lead scoring across lead generation campaigns.
- Managing and reporting on performance marketing data across dashboards including CPA, ROI, conversions, and campaign performance.
- Plan and manage paid and organic social activity.

Where You’ll Be Based
The office is based near to Halifax and likely requires a car for commuting purposes (unless living very locally) as there are no nearby train stations. The role will be best suited to those in Halifax, Huddersfield and surrounding M62 linked areas.
Hybrid working will be available after probation, during which the role is fully office based. You’ll be joining a supportive and collaborative environment where personal development and delivering meaningful impact are key priorities.
