Marketing Manager
We are looking for an enthusiastic marketing person to run the marketing for Boom Battle Bar Bath. You will have creative and administrative duties in developing and implementing strategies as well as our social media. Providing creative ideas to help achieve our goals and setting your own. This role would suit a graduate or junior salesperson ready for their next step in their career. Boom is a very fun and lively place to work, and you will be part of the team, not hidden away in an office somewhere. As a head of marketing, you will collaborate with our team in all stages of sales cycle and marketing campaigns. Your insightful contribution will help develop, expand, and maintain our fantastic business. Working alongside our external media company and assisting them with what and when to push campaigns, what to post on socials and helping them get the best out of everything. You will also be part of the onsite team. To sell the product, you must know the product. As one of the largest venues in Bath, one of our main focuses is the corporate sales. from their annual parties, to hosting their away days and team-building events.

Requirements
- A confident communicator who enjoys talking to people
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Goal-oriented and eager to exceed targets
- A team player who brings energy and supports others
- Excellent written, verbal, presentation and interpersonal skills - ability to interact with a diverse range of people
- Resourceful, self-motivated, competitive and ambitious
- Must be able to work autonomously and take initiative and be a self-starter
- Good time management skills
- Enjoy working to targets. KPI and sales driven.
Responsibilities
- Collecting quantitative and qualitative data from marketing campaigns
- Perform market analysis and research on competition
- Support the team in daily administrative tasks
- Design and implement marketing and advertising promotional activities (e.g. social media)
- Prepare promotional presentations
- Manage and update company database and customer relationship management systems (CRM)
