Location: Lancaster | Hybrid (2 days in office, 3 days remote)
Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 per year + benefits

The opportunity

Our client is looking for an experienced B2B Marketing Manager to own and deliver their marketing activity.

This is a well-rounded, hands-on position for a marketer who enjoys variety and commercial accountability. You will manage everything from multi-channel lead generation campaigns and paid media to CRM automation, sales collateral, and industry webinars.

About our client

Our client is an established B2B technology and services company based in Lancaster. Backed by a larger international parent group, they operate with the speed and agility of an independent business while benefiting from solid corporate backing.

What you will be doing

  • Planning and delivering integrated B2B campaigns that generate leads, build brand awareness, and support product launches
  • Managing digital channels including website content, SEO with agency support, and social media activity
  • Building and optimising automated CRM workflows, email campaigns, and lead routing to improve conversion rates
  • Running paid search and paid social campaigns across Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads, managing budgets and ROI
  • Producing high-quality marketing collateral, blog posts, sales support materials, and account-based marketing assets
  • Organising and promoting live webinars and industry events, following up on leads with sales teams
  • Tracking channel performance using analytics tools to translate data into actionable insights for business leaders
  • Managing relationships with external agencies and freelancers across design, paid media, and SEO

What you will need to succeed

  • At least 5 years of broad marketing experience, ideally with some B2B experience
  • Hands-on experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms
  • Proven ability to manage paid campaigns on Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads from targeting to performance reporting
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with confidence creating engaging B2B content
  • Analytical mindset with experience using tools like Google Analytics to report on campaign ROI
  • Self-starting attitude with the confidence to prioritise work in a lean, fast-paced team
