Marketing Manager

Location: Birmingham (Spectrum Point – Hybrid Working)

Reporting to: Commercial Director

Ready to build something rather than simply maintain it?

LUMESCA Group is one of Europe's leading distributors of specialist imaging, photography and creative technology brands. We work with some of the world's most recognised manufacturers, helping them grow across the UK and Europe through distribution, e-commerce, retail, education and reseller channels.

We're looking for an exceptional Marketing Manager to lead and develop our in-house marketing team. This isn't a role where you'll inherit a finished department. It's an opportunity to shape how marketing operates, improve processes, develop people, embrace new technology and ensure our marketing function delivers real commercial value to the business.

If you enjoy building high-performing teams, improving the way things are done and rolling up your sleeves to make things happen, we'd love to hear from you.

About the role

You'll lead a talented team currently comprising Graphic Designers, a Content Creator, a Digital Marketing Manager and a Digital Marketing Executive.

Working closely with the Commercial Director, you'll become the driving force behind our marketing operation—bringing together sales, vendors and marketing to deliver campaigns that support business growth across multiple international brands.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
