Hours

The role is designed to be worked over three days a week or 22.5 hours, with flexibility around how those hours are structured.

Salary and Benefits

  • £21,000 per year (for 3 days a week) + company bonus + comprehensive benefits package.
  • Initial 6-month contract

We are unable to offer sponsorship for this vacancy.

Location

Hybrid working, including every Tuesday in our Peterborough office, with flexibility around additional office time depending on what the role and team need. From time-to-time there may be a requirement to attend external functions too.

Role Selection Process

The selection process consists of three stages:

  • Psychometric Assessment – to help us understand your strengths and working style.
  • Initial Video Interview – a chance to discuss your experience and motivations.
  • Final Face-to-Face Interview – a formal and in-depth interview with the hiring team.

As part of our recruitment process, the successful candidate will be required to complete pre-employment checks, including a Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS) check.

Role Overview

At IT Naturally our Marketing Manager plays a central role in keeping our marketing engine running smoothly, consistently and with purpose. This position brings structure and alignment between sales and marketing to generate leads as well as regularly promoting our brand via multiple channels.

Working closely with IT Naturally’s CEO’s, the leadership team and sales team, this role supports planning, creation and delivery of marketing activity across multiple channels. From managing our marketing calendar to supporting campaigns, events, and content creation and publishing newsletters and maintaining our social media presence on LinkedIn.

There is a strong operational foundation to the role that includes maintaining data in systems such as Zoho CRM, keeping marketing data accurate, tracking metrics and creating and publishing regularly recurring content to multiple channels.

This role values curiosity, initiative and a creative approach to content, exploring new opportunities, coordinating podcast guests, supporting customer success stories and shaping engaging and original content ideas.

This role is designed to be flexible and supportive, ideal for someone returning to work or looking for a part-time opportunity where they can make a meaningful contribution and continue to develop.

Role Responsibilities

  • Plan and deliver content across LinkedIn, digital newsletters, website and campaigns, ensuring a consistent and engaging presence.
  • Manage LinkedIn activity for both company and CEO profiles, including content creation, scheduling and engagement.
  • Coordinate podcast delivery end to end, from guest research through to publication and promotion.
  • Create and publish website content, including articles, news updates and customer stories.
  • Maintain the marketing calendar, keeping all activity organised, aligned and delivered on time.
  • Support the coordination of campaigns and outreach activity, including targeting, messaging and follow up.
  • Maintain data in CRM and marketing systems, ensuring data is accurate, up to date and supports wider activity.
  • Track and report on marketing performance, providing clear insight into what is working and where to refine.
  • Ensure all marketing output reflects IT Naturally’s tone of voice, maintaining clarity, consistency and quality.
  • Support the creation and review of marketing assets, documents and publications.
  • Contribute to content development, bringing ideas, structure and refinement to a range of outputs.

Role Requirements

  • Proven experience in similar marketing roles with a track record of creating and managing content, managing the marketing calendar and cadences, supporting campaigns, and managing marketing related activities to promote brand and generate leads.
  • A self-starter who is comfortable working both independently and as part of a small, supportive team.
  • Organised and reliable, with the ability to manage a varied workload and keep things moving forward whilst adhering to processes and suggesting improvements where things can work better.
  • Excellent knowledge and experience using LinkedIn to promote organisations with a strong understanding of concepts relating to using social media in a professional context.
  • Experienced in using AI tools like CoPilot, to help create well structured and engaging content.
  • Experienced in using Word Press to make simple website content changes and news updates.
  • Confident using Microsoft Office tools such as Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Familiar with using digital newsletter / email campaign tools.
  • Ideally some experience using podcast editing and publishing tools.
  • Ideally previous experience working for an IT Managed Service Provider and familiar with associated concepts.
  • Able to work effectively on a part-time basis, managing priorities and deadlines within agreed hours.
