International Campaign Activation Manager (EMEA & APJ) – London Hybrid – £5,633.33 GBP/Month

A rapidly growing global SaaS organization is seeking an International Campaign Activation Manager to lead the rollout and execution of high-impact marketing campaigns across EMEA and APJ. This is an exciting opportunity to play a highly visible role within a global integrated campaigns team, helping scale marketing programs across international markets while partnering closely with regional field marketing leaders.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys bringing structure to complex global initiatives, driving alignment across regions, and transforming campaign strategy into actionable execution plans that teams can successfully deploy at scale.

- London, UK (Hybrid)
- Must be able to work onsite in the London office 2 days per week.
Assignment Length
- 6-Month Contract

What You’ll Be Doing
Global Campaign Activation & Regional Alignment
- Serve as the primary liaison between global campaign teams and international field marketing stakeholders across EMEA and APJ
- Translate global campaign strategies into clear, executable regional activation plans
- Ensure campaigns are consistently executed across international markets while minimizing ambiguity and rework
- Partner with regional marketing teams to align campaign priorities, execution timing, and local market needs

Webinar Program Leadership
- Lead the international rollout and execution of global webinar programs across EMEA and APJ
- Coordinate webinar scheduling and participation with regional teams
- Manage end-to-end webinar execution while ensuring alignment with broader campaign objectives
- Support regional webinar initiatives in partnership with field marketing teams
Cross-Channel Campaign Program Execution
- Convert global campaign assets into scalable, repeatable regional programs
- Develop standardized campaign frameworks including webinar series, nurture flows, and engagement programs
- Simplify campaign execution to improve adoption across international teams
- Support localization efforts for global email and nurture campaigns
International Campaign Feedback & Optimization
- Gather and consolidate feedback from regional teams regarding campaign performance and messaging
- Identify recurring themes, execution gaps, and opportunities for improvement
- Partner with global campaign managers to refine campaign strategy and execution
- Share regional campaign insights and reporting with stakeholders
Collaboration with Paid Media Teams
- Provide regional insights to support paid media planning and optimization
- Ensure alignment between paid media initiatives and regional campaign execution
- Advocate for international market considerations during campaign planning

What We’re Looking For
- 4–6 years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing
- Experience supporting or executing campaigns across multiple international regions
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Ability to translate strategy into clear, actionable execution plans
- Experience collaborating with field marketing or regional stakeholders
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign performance and provide actionable recommendations
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and webinar platforms

- International teams can confidently execute global campaigns with clarity and consistency
- Webinar programs are effectively adopted across priority markets
- Strong alignment exists between global campaign strategy and regional execution
- Regional feedback loops are streamlined and actionable
