Marketing Manager

We’re partnering with a high-growth, award-winning B2B SaaS business operating in the data, analytics, and customer intelligence space. The company works with leading global brands to drive performance, improve ROI, and unlock revenue growth through insight-led technology.

As the business continues to scale, Marketing is taking on greater ownership of retention and expansion. As a result, they are investing in a more structured, lifecycle-led approach to customer growth and are now looking to hire a Marketing Manager dedicated to their existing customer base.

The Role

This position will own marketing-led initiatives across the customer lifecycle, focused on driving adoption, retention, expansion, and advocacy.

Working cross-functionally with Customer Success, Product, and Revenue teams, you will design and execute programmes that help customers realise value and support long-term commercial growth.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Growth & Retention:

  • Drive initiatives aligned to retention, expansion, and Net Revenue Retention (NRR)
  • Identify opportunities to increase revenue through improved adoption and customer maturity
  • Deliver measurable commercial impact through targeted customer programmes

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
