Marketing Manager
We’re partnering with a high-growth, award-winning B2B SaaS business operating in the data, analytics, and customer intelligence space. The company works with leading global brands to drive performance, improve ROI, and unlock revenue growth through insight-led technology.
As the business continues to scale, Marketing is taking on greater ownership of retention and expansion. As a result, they are investing in a more structured, lifecycle-led approach to customer growth and are now looking to hire a Marketing Manager dedicated to their existing customer base.
The Role
This position will own marketing-led initiatives across the customer lifecycle, focused on driving adoption, retention, expansion, and advocacy.
Working cross-functionally with Customer Success, Product, and Revenue teams, you will design and execute programmes that help customers realise value and support long-term commercial growth.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Growth & Retention:
- Drive initiatives aligned to retention, expansion, and Net Revenue Retention (NRR)
- Identify opportunities to increase revenue through improved adoption and customer maturity
- Deliver measurable commercial impact through targeted customer programmes

Lifecycle Strategy:
- Define and manage the end-to-end customer lifecycle (onboarding → adoption → growth → renewal → advocacy)
- Build and execute lifecycle-led campaigns that are timely, relevant, and value-driven
- Partner with operations teams to deliver scalable, automated programmes
Adoption & Expansion:
- Develop campaigns to increase usage of existing and new product capabilities
- Support go-to-market efforts for new product launches within the customer base
- Partner closely with Customer Success to drive retention and expansion conversations
Messaging & Content:
- Develop customer value propositions and messaging frameworks
- Translate product features into clear business outcomes
- Create case studies, proof points, and customer stories
Customer Insight:
- Analyse usage data and feedback to identify growth opportunities and barriers
- Feed insights back into product and go-to-market strategy
Advocacy:
- Build and nurture customer advocacy programmes (references, testimonials, community)
- Turn satisfied customers into active champions

Skills & Experience:
- Experience in Customer Marketing, Lifecycle Marketing, Growth Marketing, or similar within B2B SaaS
- Proven track record of driving adoption, retention, or expansion through marketing
- Strong commercial mindset with the ability to link activity to revenue outcomes
- Excellent storytelling and messaging skills
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with Customer Success, Product, and Ops
- Data-driven, with a focus on continuous improvement
