Marketing Manager

Location: London, United Kingdom

At Be Keen, we believe luxury marketing goes far beyond launching products. It's about creating memorable experiences, building emotional connections with consumers, and bringing exceptional brands to life.

Working with some of the world's most inspiring niche fragrance houses, we partner with leading retailers, operators and commercial teams across Travel Retail and Local Markets, delivering impactful launches, retail activations, events, education programmes and brand experiences across international markets.

As we continue to grow, we're looking for a Marketing Manager who combines creativity, organisation and flawless execution. Someone who enjoys transforming ideas into impactful marketing initiatives, coordinating multiple international projects and delivering outstanding brand experiences from concept to completion.

The Opportunity

Reporting directly to our COO, you'll lead our marketing function while managing and developing your team, helping them deliver impactful marketing initiatives across multiple brands, markets, and channels.

  • You'll work closely with senior leadership, international commercial teams, brand partners, agencies and operators, coordinating projects and events from concept through execution while ensuring every initiative reflects the excellence of our brands.
  • This is a role for someone who enjoys balancing creativity with organisation, strategic thinking with hands-on delivery, and who takes genuine satisfaction in seeing ideas successfully brought to life.

What you'll do

  • Lead and develop our Marketing Executive, creating a collaborative and high-performing marketing team.
  • Translate business priorities into impactful marketing plans, launches and commercial activations across multiple international markets.
  • Coordinate cross-functional marketing projects from concept through execution, ensuring every initiative is delivered on time and to the highest standards.
  • Drive brand visibility through retail activations, visual merchandising, consumer engagement initiatives and outstanding in-store experiences across Travel Retail and Domestic Markets.
  • Coordinate international marketing events, brand experiences and commercial meetings, working closely with internal teams, brand partners and operators.
  • Support category management through product launches, assortment reviews, and performance analysis.
  • Lead digital communication, content development, PR initiatives, and brand storytelling across multiple channels.
  • Develop marketing toolkits, training materials and brand education initiatives that strengthen product knowledge and support commercial excellence.
  • Continuously improve marketing processes, collaboration, and ways of working across the business.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
