About the Company
Our client is a well-established and highly regarded manufacturing business with an international presence and a strong reputation within its market. As part of their continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to lead and develop the marketing function.
Reporting directly to the Managing Director, this is a broad and highly visible role offering the opportunity to influence business growth, shape marketing strategy and drive commercial results across multiple channels.
The Role
As Marketing Manager, you will take ownership of the marketing strategy and execution across the business, working closely with sales, leadership and international stakeholders to strengthen brand awareness, generate leads and support revenue growth.
This is a hands-on position that combines strategic planning with operational delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the annual marketing strategy
- Manage and deliver digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels
- Drive lead generation initiatives and support sales pipeline growth
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure strong alignment between marketing activity and commercial objectives
- Manage CRM marketing activity, templates and customer communications
- Create and oversee content including newsletters, campaigns, product literature and press releases
- Develop product marketing initiatives and support new product launches
- Organise and manage exhibitions, trade shows and industry events
- Monitor market trends, customer behaviour and competitor activity
- Manage the marketing budget and report on performance against agreed KPIs
- Work alongside international colleagues to support brand consistency and e-commerce development
- Produce regular reports and presentations for senior leadership
- Support and develop the existing marketing team members while helping shape the future growth of the function

About You
We're looking for a commercially focused marketing professional who enjoys operating within a broad role and can balance strategic thinking with hands-on delivery.

Experience Required
- Previous experience in a Marketing Manager, Senior Marketing Executive or similar role
- Strong B2B marketing experience
- Experience developing and delivering marketing strategies
- Digital marketing and campaign management expertise
- CRM and lead generation experience
- Experience managing exhibitions, events or trade shows
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working closely with sales teams
- Budget management and performance reporting experience
Desirable
- Experience within manufacturing, engineering, industrial, technical products, construction products, building materials, medical devices or similar B2B sectors
- Product marketing experience
- Experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms
Package
£45,000 - £50,000 basic salary
Annual performance bonus (typically £8,000 - £10,000)

Hybrid working (3 days in the office)
