Marketing Manager - you MUST be UK based
Location: UK (Manchester, Oxfordshire or Remote/Hybrid)
Are you a strategic marketer who enjoys building brands, creating impactful campaigns, and making a real difference? We're looking for a Marketing Manager to build and lead our marketing function, helping to elevate our clients' brand, generate inbound interest from target clients, and support their continued growth.
This is an exciting opportunity to shape our marketing strategy from the ground up while working with a collaborative, people-first organisation that values creativity, teamwork, and innovation.
The Role
As our clients' Marketing Manager, you'll define and deliver our marketing strategy, ensuring they stand out in the global pharma, biotech, and medical communications landscape.
Working closely with their leadership team, business development colleagues, and subject matter experts, you'll translate complex ideas into compelling marketing that strengthens their brand, supports business growth, and showcases what makes them a great place to work.

What You'll Be Doing
- Develop and lead a marketing strategy that elevates their brand, drives inbound client opportunities, and reinforces their reputation as a people-first MedComms employer.
- Increase brand awareness and differentiation across the global MedComms sector.
- Plan, deliver, and optimise integrated multi-channel marketing campaigns.
- Prioritise marketing activity to maximise business impact.
- Create and oversee engaging content, thought leadership, and brand communications.
- Manage marketing systems, tools, and annual budgets.
- Support business development with aligned messaging, presentations, and sales collateral.
- Measure marketing performance and use insights to continuously improve results.
About You
You'll be a commercially minded marketer who combines strategic thinking with a hands-on approach. You enjoy collaborating with others, bringing fresh ideas to the table, and turning complex information into engaging content.

- Proven experience developing and delivering B2B marketing strategies.
- Strong understanding of marketing best practice and campaign management.
- Excellent content creation and communication skills.
- A creative approach to brand positioning and differentiation.
- The ability to balance strategy with hands-on execution.
- Experience working with technical or subject matter experts.
