I'm Irina Juchimiuk Jaworski, Director of Marketing, International Sport at Teamworks, where I lead marketing across EMEA, APAC, and LATAM.
Every day, I have the opportunity to work at the intersection of sports and technology, helping some of the world's leading sports organisations unlock new ways to perform, connect, and succeed. Our team drives marketing strategy across some of the most diverse, dynamic, and fast-growing sports markets in the world.
As our EMEA footprint continues to expand, we're looking for a talented Marketing Manager to join our team, to take full ownership of the region's marketing execution while also helping shape where we go next. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about sports, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants to make a real impact within the global leader in sports technology. This is not a role for someone who wants to manage a tidy list of tasks. It is for someone who thrives in complexity, moves fast, brings creative ideas to life, and holds themselves to a high standard across everything they deliver.
If you're excited by innovation, enjoy collaborating across teams, and want to help shape the future of sport, we'd love to hear from you.
The Role
- Own the planning and execution of multi-channel demand generation campaigns across EMEA, covering priority markets including the UK, DACH, Middle East, and Southern Europe
- Generate pipeline opportunities for the Sales team by creating compelling content, delivering engaging webinars and events, and partnering closely with Business Development to execute targeted outreach campaigns that resonate with key audiences and drive demand
- Lead the organisation and delivery of owned and third-party events, from customer conferences and networking sponsorships to online webinars, ensuring every activation reflects the quality and ambition of the Teamworks brand
- Support the go-to-market team in expanding into new markets and launching products across EMEA. Identify cross-sell opportunities and translate product value into compelling campaigns that resonate with prospects and customers in each region.
- Create detailed marketing briefs and manage campaign execution across email, paid, social, and web, working closely with designers, strategists, and product marketers to bring campaigns from idea to delivery

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

What I'm Looking For
What You Must Bring
- 5+ years of B2B demand generation or integrated campaign experience, with a track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously to a high standard
- Based in the UK
- End-to-end campaign ownership — From strategy to execution, and back again. You identify the opportunity, build the brief, write the copy, set up the landing page, track the RSVP, and report the results — then dig into what worked, what didn't, and why. You don't hand off; you ship, learn, and sharpen.
- Proven experience organising owned, 3rd party events and webinars — You've run end-to-end B2B webinars including speaker coordination, registration flows, timing strategy by timezone, and post-event follow-up.
- You’re comfortable working across HubSpot, Figma, AI tools, and Notion, and are always looking for ways to leverage technology to work more efficiently and deliver higher-quality results.
- A genuine understanding of the sports industry, its trends, its organisations, and what motivates the people who work within it.
- Exceptional written English, with the ability to create compelling marketing copy independently.
- Cross-functional comfort — You work with Product Marketing, Sales, CS, Product, and regional teams without needing heavy coordination.
- AI-augmented workflow — You use AI actively as a creative and operational collaborator — for drafting, iterating, building tools, and accelerating repeatable tasks. You're not just AI-curious; you're AI-productive.
Even Better If
- You have worked in a sports tech or SaaS marketing role, with experience translating complex technology into clear, compelling customer stories.
- You have experience marketing across multiple EMEA sub-regions and understand how to adapt messaging and approach for different cultural contexts.

If sports and marketing are both passions, this role puts you at the centre of both.
