Marketing Manager

A global executive search firm specialising in private equity, is seeking a Marketing Manager. The role holder would be responsible for the design and implementation of all marketing activity for the global team, developing regional and local activity to support the team’s ambitious growth strategy. You'll deliver high quality multi-channel marketing activity and effective ROI reporting for the team.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver a marketing strategy that unites brand, performance, SEO, AI-driven optimisation, and off-line campaigns - driving high-intent demand and measurable revenue impact
  • Lead and coach, a small team, executing integrated campaigns, ABM marketing, events, paid activity, and digital content
  • Oversee continuous optimisation of digital channels and marketing tech infrastructure to improve insights, efficiency, and customer experience
  • Deliver a strategic events programme - including flagship events, webinars, sector activations, and speaker opportunities - to expand reach and deepen engagement
  • Oversee the global and regional marketing execution of campaigns across multiple channels (email, digital, social, content syndication, paid media, ABM, etc.)
  • Establish standardised campaign frameworks and processes to enable repeatable, high-impact campaign delivery at scale
  • Manage centralised campaigns including the management of asset production, QA, and campaign optimisation
  • Work cross-functionally with content, product marketing, and demand generation to translate strategy into execution-ready campaigns

  • 8+ years private equity / executive search recruitment experience essential
  • Progressive senior marketing leadership experience in the B2B marketing functions and driving commercial growth through brand building, SEO, AI-informed optimisation, content and multi-channel digital strategies
  • Demonstrated success influencing at C-suite or executive leadership level, driving strategic alignment and contributing to enterprise decision-making
  • Proven track record of building and executing marketing strategies that directly support commercial growth, brand elevation, and market expansion
  • Knowledge of growth marketing, brand leadership, and data-driven performance optimisation at scale

Compensation:

  • £85-100,000 base salary - dependant on experience
  • London
  • 3-days in the office
