Primary Purpose of the Role
To lead the marketing strategy at Vuba, driving:
- Brand awareness
- Customer acquisition
- Lead generation
- Revenue growth
Concentrate on marketing activities, manage the marketing team, ensuring all campaigns align with company objectives and brand identity.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Marketing Leadership
- Develop and execute the annual marketing strategy and budget
- Lead team objectives, set KPIs, and guide professional development
Campaign Management
- Plan, execute, and evaluate marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels
- Maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials and communications
Digital Marketing Operations
- Oversee website performance, SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media activities
Insight-Driven Promotions
- Analyse market trends, customer insights, and competitor analysis to identify opportunities
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Product Development, and Senior Leadership to support business goals
External Partnerships
- Manage relationships with agencies, suppliers, and media partners
Analytics & Reporting
- Track campaign performance to ensure ROI through data and analytics
Compliance & Adaptability
- Ensure all marketing activities align with company policies and legal requirements
Product Specialisation
- Develop deep understanding of Vuba’s products and technical capabilities to strengthen marketing impact
- Leverage provided training to enhance product knowledge
Opportunity Maximisation
- Proactively identify and evaluate marketing opportunities
- Explore new channels, partnerships, and initiatives
- Approach every relationship and campaign angle with innovation

Specific Skills & Knowledge
Chapter Requirements
- Deep knowledge of digital marketing (e.g., SEO, PPC, Email Marketing, Social Media)
- Excellent written & verbal communication
- Advanced Analytical skills with analytics/data harnessing, plus reporting tool experience
- Commercial budget management expertise
- Project management and organisation skills at scale
- Hands-on experience with:
- Google Analytics
- Meta Business Suite
- CRM systems
- Adobe Creative Suite or Canva-like design tools
Required Experience
- Minimum 5 years in a marketing role
- Previously Managing a marketing team or holding a senior marketing position
- Proven record delivering successful marketing strategies
- Manufacturing, construction or B2B industry background is desirable
- Essential: Full UK driver’s licence
Qualifications
- Undergraduate degree in:
- Marketing or a close field (Business, Digital Marketing, Brand Management)
- CIM Professional Qualification: Valuable but optional
- Full UK Driving Licence: Mandatory
