We're looking for an experienced and driven Marketing Manager to lead the marketing strategy across two ambitious, fast-growing businesses operating in the property and technology sectors.
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys both strategy and execution. You'll take ownership of marketing campaigns, brand development, digital presence, content creation, and lead generation while working closely with senior management to support business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing strategies across multiple brands.
- Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns, including Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn.
- Oversee SEO and website performance.
- Create engaging content for social media, email marketing, blogs, and PR.
- Manage brand consistency across all platforms.
- Generate high-quality leads through online and offline marketing initiatives.
- Coordinate exhibitions, networking events, and promotional campaigns.
- Analyse campaign performance and provide regular reports with recommendations.
- Work with designers, developers, and external agencies where required.
- Identify new marketing opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.

What We're Looking For
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a marketing management role.
- Previous marketing experience within the UK property industry is essential.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, SEO, PPC, and social media.
- Experience managing marketing budgets and campaigns.
- Excellent copywriting and communication skills.
- Strong organizational and project management abilities.
- Experience using marketing analytics and reporting tools.
- Creative mindset with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple projects.

Desirable
- Experience within the property, proptech, SaaS, or technology sectors.
- Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms.
- Graphic design or video editing skills.
