Marketing Manager

Holistic AI is a global leader in AI governance, helping organizations ensure AI is trustworthy, safe, and aligned with business and societal goals. As we continue to grow, we are expanding our Marketing team and looking for a Marketing Manager to help drive high-impact marketing programs, strengthen our brand presence, and support our go-to-market efforts. This role is ideal for a well-rounded marketer who combines strong communication skills with the ability to manage programs, create compelling content, and collaborate across teams in a fast-moving environment.

About the Role The Marketing Manager will support the planning and execution of integrated marketing initiatives that build awareness, support growth, and position Holistic AI as a leader in its category. You will contribute across content, communications, social media, events, analyst relations, and customer storytelling, helping translate complex ideas into clear, engaging narratives for a range of audiences. You will work closely with colleagues across marketing, product, sales, and leadership to ensure consistency, quality, and impact across all marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities Support the planning, development, and execution of marketing and communications programs aligned with business priorities Create and edit high-quality content across channels, including social media, blogs, customer stories, and marketing collateral. Support events, webinars, and external engagements, including planning, coordination, and follow-up, ensuring timely, high-quality delivery Track performance, gather insights, and contribute ideas to continuously improve marketing effectiveness

Qualifications & Skills 5+ years of experience in marketing, communications, or related roles Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to adapt messaging for different audiences and formats Familiarity with social media management, content tools, and basic marketing analytics Ability to translate complex or technical topics into clear, compelling messages Comfortable working in fast-paced, ambiguous, growing organizations where initiative is rewarded Highly organized, collaborative, and proactive, with a strong attention to detail Experience in technology, AI, or B2B SaaS environments is a plus Salary Range: (£50,000-75,000- depending on experience)
