About Navigate
Navigate is a specialist marketing agency working exclusively with visitor attractions, museums, heritage organisations, conservation charities and destinations across the UK. As a certified B Corp, we're passionate about helping organisations that make a positive impact grow their audiences through strategy, digital marketing, creative and data.
The Role
We're looking for a creative and organised Marketing Manager to take ownership of Navigate's day-to-day marketing activity.
Working closely with our Head of Marketing, you'll deliver campaigns, websites, CRM, creative projects and lead generation activity for both Navigate and selected clients. This is a varied role where you'll have genuine ownership, develop new skills and work on exciting projects across the tourism and heritage sector.

What You'll Be Doing
- Managing Navigate's websites and landing pages
- Developing CRM, lead generation and marketing automation
- Designing proposals, presentations and marketing assets
- Supporting photography, video and creative content production
- Monitoring marketing performance and identifying improvements
- Working closely with our marketing and client teams to deliver high-quality campaigns
About You
You'll ideally have:
- 3 to 5 years' marketing experience
- Strong design skills (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva or similar)
- Experience with WordPress or another CMS
- Experience with CRM platforms and lead generation
- Excellent organisation and attention to detail
- The confidence to manage multiple projects and work independently

What We Offer
- £30,000 to £35,000 salary, depending on experience
- Hybrid working (3 days per week in our Bristol office)
