Marketing Manager

📍 Belfast or Bangor 💼 Full-time | Permanent

Whytematter Staffing Solutions is delighted to be working exclusively with a well-established and highly regarded legal practice to recruit a Marketing Manager.

This is a key strategic role within the firm, offering the opportunity to shape and deliver impactful marketing initiatives while working closely with partners and senior leadership.

The Opportunity

As Marketing Manager, you will take ownership of the firm’s marketing strategy and execution, driving brand visibility, business development, and client engagement across multiple channels.

This is a hands-on role requiring both strategic thinking and delivery, with exposure to high-level decision-making and the opportunity to influence growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and implement the firm’s overall marketing strategy
  • Manage and develop relationships with legal panels and external partners
  • Identify and assess advertising and business development opportunities
  • Coordinate directory rankings and award submissions
  • Oversee website performance, including SEO, PPC, and content management
  • Manage social media platforms and internal communications
  • Support partners with targeted marketing and client development initiatives
  • Identify new business and tender opportunities
  • Plan and support events and campaigns
  • Manage external agencies (SEO, design, etc.)
  • Ensure brand consistency across all materials
  • Monitor, analyse, and report on marketing performance

About You

  • Degree in Marketing or significant relevant experience
  • Proven experience in a broad marketing role (professional services experience desirable)
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
  • Confident managing multiple projects and stakeholders
  • Commercially aware with a proactive, hands-on approach
  • Resilient, adaptable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with CRM systems, digital marketing, and content creation
