Marketing Manager – Luxury Automotive & Bespoke Engineering

📍 Berkshire

💰 £50,000 - £60,000 + Benefits

Do you have a passion for luxury brands, automotive culture and storytelling? Would you enjoy marketing some of the world's most desirable bespoke vehicles and engineering projects? Are you looking for an opportunity to shape the marketing strategy of a globally respected automotive business?

I'm supporting a highly regarded bespoke automotive engineering business in their search for a Marketing Manager.

The company designs, restores and manufactures exceptional low-volume vehicles and engineering projects for an international client base, combining craftsmanship, engineering excellence and an unrivalled customer experience.

This is an exciting opportunity to become a key member of the leadership team, helping drive brand awareness, customer engagement and future growth.

The Opportunity

This is a broad and varied role, responsible for delivering marketing activities across digital, social media, PR, print, partnerships and international events.

  • You'll work closely with senior leadership and client-facing teams to ensure the business continues to build its reputation and develop a strong pipeline of opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns across multiple channels
  • Manage digital marketing, social media, PR, print and event activity
  • Promote bespoke engineering projects, restorations, vehicle programmes and customer experiences
  • Manage relationships with agencies, media partners and event organisers
  • Support international events, exhibitions and customer experiences
  • Develop compelling content and storytelling aligned to the brand
  • Work closely with commercial teams to support lead generation and customer engagement

About You

  • Minimum 5 years' marketing experience within luxury, automotive, motorsport or premium consumer sectors
  • Strong content creation, storytelling and brand management skills
  • Experience across digital marketing, events, PR and partnerships
  • Commercially aware with an understanding of marketing ROI and pipeline generation
  • Highly organised and comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Genuine passion for automotive culture and premium brands
