Marketing Manager
Marketing Business Partner (UK & US)
Location: Swindon (Hybrid Working)
Ready to shape the marketing strategy behind a growing international business and make a real commercial impact across two key markets?
We are recruiting on behalf of a growing international animal health organisation for an experienced Marketing Business Partner to lead marketing strategy across the UK and US markets.
This is a senior, commercially focused marketing role with responsibility for developing and delivering full-funnel marketing plans that drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth. You will work closely with senior stakeholders across marketing, sales, and local market teams, combining strategic thinking with hands-on campaign delivery, data-driven insights, and creative marketing to optimise performance. Additionally, you will lead and develop a small marketing team while managing regional budgets and ensuring alignment with wider business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies for the UK and US, aligned with global business objectives.
- Lead the planning and delivery of multi-channel marketing campaigns across:
- Paid media
- Social
- PR
- Events
- Partnerships
- Adapt global campaigns for local markets while creating region-specific marketing initiatives.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyse key metrics, and optimise activity to maximise ROI and achieve commercial KPIs.
- Manage regional marketing budgets, forecast spend, and ensure effective resource allocation.
- Lead, coach, and develop a small marketing team, fostering high performance and continuous development.
- Build strong relationships with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment between marketing, sales, and local market teams.

About You
- Proven experience in a senior marketing role with responsibility for delivering growth-focused marketing strategies.
- Strong understanding of integrated marketing across digital and offline channels, with experience managing full-funnel campaigns.
- A commercially minded marketer who uses data and insights to drive decision-making and improve performance.
- Demonstrated leadership experience, with the ability to motivate, coach, and develop high-performing teams.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the confidence to influence at all levels.
- Strong project management and budget management experience, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience within the veterinary or animal health sector would be advantageous.
