Company Description
At Streem, we are building the next generation SaaS platform to empower the commercial management of renewable energy assets. Our mission is to accelerate the energy transition by enabling asset managers, investors, and operators to extract more value from their renewable portfolios.
Job Description
At Streem Energy, we are looking for a hands-on and results-driven Marketing Manager to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for a marketing professional with 2–5 years of experience who enjoys executing campaigns, designing engaging content, and generating qualified pipeline through Account-Based Marketing (ABM) and digital marketing initiatives.
You'll play a key role in supporting our commercial growth by planning and executing targeted campaigns across Europe. Working closely with the Commercial, Product, and Customer Success teams, you'll help increase brand awareness, nurture prospects, engage customers, and generate high-quality leads.
This is an execution-focused role suited to someone who enjoys taking ownership, balancing creativity with analytical thinking, and thrives in a fast-paced SaaS environment.
In this role, you will:
- Own the planning, coordination, and execution of Streem's marketing calendar using Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategy, ensuring campaigns, events, and communications are delivered on time and aligned with commercial priorities.
- Manage the marketing communications pipeline, ensuring newsletters, product announcements, customer updates, and other communications are planned, produced, and delivered consistently throughout the year.
- Create and manage LinkedIn paid campaigns, including organic posts, thought leadership content, and advocacy initiatives, working closely with Product and Commercial to define messaging, priorities, and target audiences.
- Plan, execute, and optimise lead generation and nurture campaigns using webinars, whitepapers, case studies, guides, newsletters, email marketing, automated nurture journeys, and other lead magnets, coordinating the production and promotion of content with internal subject matter experts to engage prospects and customers throughout the lifecycle.
- Monitor marketing activities performance reporting on key metrics such as engagement, MQLs, SQLs, pipeline contribution, and campaign ROI, while recommending improvements.
- Coordinate the creation of sales enablement materials, including presentations, one-pagers, case studies, and product collateral.
- Continuously improve marketing processes, identifying opportunities to optimise campaign execution, communication planning, lead generation, and overall marketing effectiveness.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
