Role Description

The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing marketing strategies that strengthen brand awareness, increase customer engagement, and support business growth. This role leads integrated marketing initiatives across multiple channels, working closely with cross-functional teams to create effective campaigns, enhance market positioning, and achieve organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Planning and managing marketing campaigns
  • Developing go-to-market strategies
  • Overseeing promotional activities
  • Coordinating marketing programs across digital and offline channels
  • Analyzing market trends, customer insights, and competitive landscapes to identify growth opportunities and develop strategies that improve brand performance and customer acquisition
  • Managing marketing calendars
  • Coordinating content development
  • Overseeing campaign execution
  • Monitoring key performance indicators to evaluate effectiveness
  • Collaborating with creative, sales, product, and business teams to ensure marketing initiatives align with brand strategy, customer needs, and business priorities
  • Developing marketing plans
  • Managing budgets
  • Evaluating campaign results
  • Preparing performance reports
  • Recommending improvements based on data analysis

  • Supporting brand development, product launches, customer engagement programs, partnership initiatives, and digital marketing efforts while maintaining consistent messaging across all customer touchpoints
  • Contributing to improving marketing processes, identifying emerging industry trends, and implementing innovative approaches to increase market reach and competitive advantage

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
  • Strong understanding of marketing strategy, brand management, customer behavior, and integrated marketing principles
  • Ability to develop and execute marketing plans aligned with business objectives
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels, content marketing, social media, email marketing, and campaign management
  • Experience with marketing analytics, performance measurement, and data-driven decision-making
  • Familiarity with market research, customer segmentation, competitive analysis, and audience insights
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong presentation and storytelling abilities
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Familiarity with marketing tools, customer relationship management (CRM) systems, analytics platforms, and automation tools
  • Creative mindset with the ability to develop innovative marketing ideas and solutions
  • Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail and execution capabilities
  • Ability to adapt to changing market conditions, customer needs, and business priorities
  • Commitment to continuous improvement, brand growth, and delivering measurable marketing impact
