This is a hands-on role for someone who understands that successful marketing is about building an engaged community, not just creating content. You'll develop and execute social media and content strategies, grow a highly targeted professional audience, create compelling multi-channel campaigns, manage email marketing, and identify partnerships that accelerate brand awareness and community participation.
We're looking for someone who has:
- Proven experience building and growing engaged B2B communities from the ground up.
- A track record of driving measurable growth across platforms such as LinkedIn and Instagram.
- Strong content creation and copywriting skills, including short-form video.
- An understanding of how to turn followers into active advocates through organic engagement.
- A data-led approach to measuring performance and optimising campaigns.
- Experience marketing to professional audiences, membership organisations, SaaS, fintech or other B2B businesses.
