Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and commercially minded Marketing Manager to lead marketing strategy and execution across WWUGL's key brands, Direct Corporate Clothing and Incorporatewear. This role owns the marketing plan end-to-end, from strategic planning and brand architecture through to B2B demand generation, campaign delivery and performance reporting. Working closely with Sales and senior leadership, the Marketing Manager will lead a small team, manage external agencies and suppliers, and act as the key marketing voice at stakeholder and board level, while championing WWUGL's sustainability and ESG story through clear, credible communications.

Duties

Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and own the annual marketing strategy, translating commercial priorities into a clear, prioritised plan of activity across both brands.
  • Lead strategic planning and prioritisation of marketing initiatives, balancing brand-building activity with demand generation.
  • Define and manage brand strategy and architecture across the Group's portfolio, ensuring consistency and clear differentiation between Direct Corporate Clothing and Incorporatewear.
  • Own and manage brand governance across the Group's portfolio.

Demand Generation & Digital

  • Lead B2B demand generation and lead nurturing programmes, working closely with Sales to build and manage a healthy pipeline.
  • Plan and oversee SEO, paid search and LinkedIn ABM activity to drive qualified traffic and pipeline for target accounts.
  • Own marketing automation, workflows, segmentation, lead scoring and marketing data hygiene within the CRM (Zoho or similar); co-own CRM configuration and data standards with Sales.

Content & Communications

  • Develop and deliver a content strategy and thought leadership programme that builds WWUGL's credibility and authority across its target industries.
  • Own copywriting and messaging across channels, ensuring tone of voice and brand positioning are applied consistently.
  • Lead sustainability and ESG communications, working with internal teams to tell WWUGL's environmental and social impact story authentically.
  • Develop sales collateral to support the Sales team.
  • Plan and deliver customer-centric events such as open days.
  • Drive an organic social media presence across relevant channels.
  • Oversee the team responsible for the Group's websites, ensuring all content is accurate, up to date and relevant.
  • Drive PR relationships and manage content published through PR contacts and media.
  • Organise and deliver media such as podcasts and webinars.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
