Marketing Manager
Alchemy is partnering with a global advisory firm in their search for an experienced Marketing Manager. This role is to lead the content and marketing function for the firm. Our client requires an experienced B2B marketer with the ability to transform complex research and market insights into engaging campaigns that enhance brand awareness, generate leads, and strengthen global market presence.
Role Responsibilities Develop and implement a content marketing strategy aligned with the firm’s business objectives and commercial priorities Work with senior leadership and business development teams to produce compelling marketing materials that support client engagement and lead generation Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital channels, including the website, email marketing, LinkedIn, webinars, and paid advertising where appropriate Create high-quality thought leadership content, case studies, reports, articles, and other marketing collateral Manage and optimise website content, ensuring SEO best practices are implemented to maximise visibility and traffic Monitor and maintain the organisation's LinkedIn presence and wider digital marketing channels Support employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives alongside the HR team Produce the monthly internal bulletin by coordinating contributions from teams across the business Assist with the creation of professionally branded reports and data visualisations Maintain and develop the marketing asset library, ensuring all templates and materials remain current and on brand Ensure consistency of messaging and visual identity across all marketing touchpoints Track campaign performance and provide regular analysis and recommendations to improve marketing effectiveness

Experience Required Proven experience as a Marketing Manager, ideally in a standalone role within a professional services, consulting, business intelligence, research, financial services, or similar B2B environment Strong content creation, copywriting, and campaign management experience across multiple digital channel Demonstrable knowledge of SEO, website content management, digital analytics, and marketing performance reporting Excellent written and verbal communication skills with exceptional attention to detail Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and deliver projects under tight deadline A proactive and organised individual with strong commercial awareness and a collaborative approach.
