This is a hybrid role with a minimum of three days in the office per week.

We’re looking for a Marketing Manager to join us on that journey. This role is about more than just day-to-day responsibilities, it’s about shaping how we inspire our customers, support our stores, and grow our community of adventurers.

We’ve officially made the move to our new office in the heart of Swindon and couldn’t be more excited. Our brand-new sustainable office at 1 Newbridge Square puts us right next to the train station and the new bus boulevard, making it easier than ever to connect. This move marks an exciting new chapter in our journey, and our new space has been designed with the future in mind – supporting collaboration, wellbeing, and our commitment to working more sustainably.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Lead the activation and delivery of brand marketing strategy across multiple brands
  • Own integrated go-to-market delivery, including campaigns, product launches, and seasonal activity
  • Translate brand strategy into campaign briefs, messaging, and multi-channel execution plans
  • Manage campaigns end-to-end, coordinating across creative, trading, digital, retail, and e-commerce teams
  • Oversee key marketing channels including paid media, PR, events, influencers, and ambassadors
  • Ensure consistent brand execution across all customer touchpoints
  • Monitor performance, analyse insights, and optimise campaigns to drive engagement and growth
  • Manage budgets and line manage Marketing Executive(s) to support delivery and development

We’re Looking For Someone Who

  • Has solid experience in brand or campaign marketing within a consumer-facing environment
  • Can deliver integrated campaigns across multiple channels with strong attention to detail
  • Is confident managing projects, stakeholders, and agencies in a fast-paced environment
  • Has experience building and executing media and marketing plans
  • Is commercially aware with budget management and ROI tracking experience
  • Uses data and insights to evaluate performance and inform decisions
  • Is a proactive self-starter who takes ownership and drives results
  • Communicates effectively and collaborates well across teams
