Head of B2B Marketing
Working Pattern
Hybrid (2 days in our Richmond office)
The Role
Cazoo's dealer business is growing. This hire exists to make sure our marketing keeps pace with it and that the sales teams always have what they need to have better conversations with dealers.
You'll own the dealer-facing brand: how we show up across channels, how we make the commercial case for working with us, and how we bring sales collateral in-house so we're not waiting on agencies for things we can turn around ourselves. It's a bridge role between marketing and commercial, and it sits close to the sales floor, two days a week in Richmond, in the room with the people you're supporting.
What You'll Be Working On
- Campaigns Build and run always-on activity across paid and organic social, email, trade press and online, with the goal of raising awareness and driving inbound leads from dealers. You'll manage end-to-end production of newsletters, trend reports, audience insight and product updates, brief agencies where needed, and use GA4 and Salesforce to track what's working and adjust accordingly.
- Brand and Content You're the brand guardian for Cazoo B2B. That means consistency across every touchpoint, LinkedIn, YouTube, the B2B website, paid media, and anything the sales team puts in front of a dealer. You'll manage organic social and work with the growth team on paid channels.
- Events Own B2B events from brief to post-event reporting.
- Sales Support This is a big part of the job. You'll be the go-to for sales teams on brand, collateral and campaign questions, present in weekly sales meetings and All Hands, producing and maintaining master sales decks, video collateral and case studies, and keeping centralised resources organised and current.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Why you're a good match
You’ve got the grades and the economics background, and your bank internship is exactly the experience this scheme looks for. Apply soon — deadlines close within the month.
Experience fit
Your summer at the bank plus your econometrics coursework map directly to the day-one responsibilities on this scheme — client modelling, market briefings, and deal support.
Only hits
No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.
One thing worth saying plainly, there's no Marketing Executive in the business. Some of the work will be admin. That's the reality of where we are, and we'd rather be upfront about it than leave it as a footnote.
