Job Overview

STP Ventures Ltd is seeking an experienced and dynamic Marketing Manager to join our team in Wednesbury. This is a full-time position for a creative and strategic professional who will be responsible for developing, implementing, and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to strengthen our company's market presence and drive growth. The ideal candidate will be a skilled marketing strategist with a proven ability to lead and inspire a team, manage budgets, and deliver measurable results.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a cohesive marketing plan to increase brand awareness and market share.
  • Conceive and execute innovative marketing campaigns across both digital and traditional channels.
  • Conduct in-depth market research to identify new opportunities and analyse competitor activity.
  • Manage the marketing budget, ensuring all activities deliver a strong return on investment.
  • Oversee all digital marketing activities, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and content creation.
  • Analyse the performance of marketing campaigns and report on key metrics to senior management.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales and product development teams to ensure our marketing efforts support business objectives.
  • Organise and attend company events, such as trade shows and conferences.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the marketing team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.

Qualifications

  • Proven work experience as a Marketing Manager or in a similar senior marketing role.
  • A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Demonstrable experience in creating and implementing successful marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Proficient in digital marketing tools and software, including CRM, analytics, and content management systems.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong analytical and project management abilities with a data-driven mindset.
