Brand & Commercial Marketing Manager

📍 Near Wrexham | Full Time | Office Based

My client is creating a brand-new Brand & Commercial Marketing Manager role as we continue to invest in our marketing function. This is an exciting opportunity to work across both our Pet and Meat divisions, helping to develop brands, strengthen customer relationships and deliver marketing that drives business growth.

With more than 100 years of experience, we connect farmers, processors, retailers and manufacturers through integrated, fully traceable supply chains, supplying high-quality British and Irish beef alongside a growing portfolio of brands. What You'll Be Doing:

You'll play a key role in supporting our commercial objectives by:

  • Developing and strengthening our Pet and Meat brands.
  • Creating engaging marketing campaigns across digital, print and social media.
  • Supporting sales teams with customer presentations and marketing materials.
  • Leading key marketing projects and major exhibitions, including Zoomark 2027.
  • Managing websites, content and customer communications.
  • Building strong relationships with customers, chefs, farmers, industry bodies and external partners.
  • Measuring performance and identifying opportunities to improve marketing effectiveness and commercial impact.

Initially, you'll take ownership of key marketing activity within our Pet division while working closely with our commercial teams to help shape the future of our Meat brands. As your knowledge of the business grows, so will your strategic responsibility.

  • Can manage multiple projects while maintaining excellent attention to detail.
  • Builds strong relationships with colleagues, customers and external partners.
  • Is confident creating content across digital and print and is comfortable capturing authentic photos and short videos.
  • Is curious, proactive and excited by the opportunity to help shape growing brands.

Skills & Experience

Essential

  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong project management and organisational ability.
  • Experience creating marketing content across digital and print.
  • Comfortable capturing photography and short-form video content.
  • Commercial awareness.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills.
  • Full UK driving licence.

Desirable

  • 3+ years' marketing experience within food, agriculture, pet food or FMCG.
  • Event and exhibition management experience.
  • Experience managing websites, email marketing and digital channels.
