About The Business
We are a growing business technology solutions provider and Sage strategic partner, helping SMEs across the UK improve operational performance through cloud software, ERP, finance systems, managed IT services, and digital transformation solutions.
Working with leading technology vendors including Sage and other complementary business software providers, we deliver consultancy-led solutions that help organisations streamline processes, improve reporting, and scale effectively.
As part of our continued growth strategy, we are seeking an experienced and commercially focused Marketing Manager to lead and execute integrated B2B marketing activity that drives brand awareness, lead generation, and revenue growth.
This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on marketer who enjoys working in a fast-paced technology environment, managing a small team and can combine strategic thinking with practical delivery.
Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced B2B Marketing Manager to develop and deliver a high-impact marketing strategy across our portfolio of Sage and wider business technology solutions.
The successful candidate will take ownership of the full marketing mix, creating and executing integrated campaigns across digital and offline channels to generate qualified leads and support pipeline growth working with the wider central Marketing team.
You will work closely with sales, vendor partners, and senior leadership to align marketing activity with commercial objectives and customer acquisition goals. The role requires a proactive and data-driven marketer with strong experience in technology, SaaS, ERP, IT services, or professional services marketing.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
