About Sidemen Entertainment
Sidemen Entertainment is the engine behind some of the most watched and talked-about moments in digital entertainment. From Sidemen Sunday to the Sidemen Charity Match and Inside on Netflix, we produce culture-defining content at scale - and our marketing team is at the heart of making it land. We move fast, think creatively, and expect the people around us to do the same.
About the Role
We're looking for a Marketing Manager to join our growing team and take ownership over the ideas, execution and delivery of digital marketing materials to promote growth on the Sidemen's streaming platform, Side+.
The goal is simple: bring traffic to our Side+ streaming platform, and convert them into customers.
What You’ll Do
- Take full ownership of marketing campaigns across Side+, such as weekly video integrations on Sidemen Sundays, paid advertising, CRM knowledge, and social media promotion.
- Develop creative campaign strategies from scratch, with a strong instinct for what resonates with the Sidemen audience and internet culture more broadly.
- Use our existing distribution networks (Sidemen Sunday / More / Reacts / social platforms) to reach audiences organically.
- Analyse campaign performance with a clear eye - understanding what worked, why it worked, and how to build on it.
- Bring fresh thinking to recurring formats and activations and utilise the Sidemen brand to further increase subscriber engagement.
- Understand the difference between small wins and big campaigns, how the small wins can have just as much impact as doing something big.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
