ABOUT THE JOB

Working within the Campaign Innovation Unit

Campaign is the leading brand for the UK marketing, advertising and media industries, delivering trusted journalism, insight, analysis and thought leadership across digital, audio, video, live events and data.

The Campaign Innovation Team is responsible for identifying, developing and launching new editorial products, audience propositions and commercial opportunities that support the long-term growth of the Campaign brand. Working across editorial, commercial and marketing teams, the function combines market insight, audience understanding and innovation to test new ideas, grow engaged communities and successfully bring new products to market.

The Role

The Marketing Manager is a strategic, growth-focused role within the Campaign Innovation Team, responsible for developing and delivering go-to-market strategies for new editorial products, services, brands and audience propositions.

Using audience insight, market research and performance data, the Marketing Manager will continually optimise campaigns to maximise engagement, registrations and commercial impact. As products mature, the role will support their successful transition into Campaign's core portfolio or the launch of standalone brands, ensuring they are positioned for long-term growth and success.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
