Role Overview

Black Sheep Coffee is looking for a commercially minded and highly organised Marketing Manager to lead the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across our UK corporate and franchise estate.

This is a broad, hands-on role combining brand marketing, digital marketing, CRM and customer loyalty. You'll be responsible for driving customer acquisition, retention and brand awareness through multi-channel campaigns, while ensuring every new store opening, product launch and local marketing initiative is delivered to the highest standard.

Working closely with Operations, Product, Social Media, PR, Franchisees and external agencies, you'll own key marketing channels including email marketing, CRM, paid media and loyalty, whilst using performance insights to continually improve results.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Marketing & CRM

  • Own the digital marketing strategy across paid media, CRM and customer communications.
  • Manage CRM activity including email marketing, push notifications and in-app messaging.
  • Develop segmentation strategies with technology partners to improve customer acquisition, engagement, retention and lifetime value.
  • Own the loyalty programme marketing calendar, creating campaigns that increase member frequency and spend.
  • Analyse customer behaviour and use insights to improve campaign performance.
  • Manage website marketing updates alongside external agencies where required.

New Store Openings & Local Marketing

  • Own the marketing delivery for all New Store Openings (NSOs).
  • Create launch marketing plans tailored to each location.
  • Support franchisees with local marketing activity, advertising opportunities and community partnerships.
  • Develop local marketing toolkits allowing stores to activate campaigns independently whilst maintaining brand standards.
  • Work closely with Operations to continually improve local marketing processes.

Campaign Management

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, PR and in-store.
  • Build campaign timelines and ensure all departments deliver against critical deadlines.
  • Support seasonal launches, menu innovation and limited-time offers.
  • Coordinate marketing activity across UK corporate stores and franchise partners.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
