We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established retail destination for a creative and commercially minded Marketing Manager. This is a hands-on role where you'll be responsible for driving footfall, increasing customer engagement, and delivering impactful marketing campaigns, events, and social media activity. Working closely with site leadership and retail partners, you'll play a key role in enhancing the customer experience and supporting commercial performance.
Key Responsibilities Develop and deliver marketing campaigns, promotions, and events. Manage social media channels and digital content. Maintain website content and retailer communications. Build strong relationships with retailers and external partners. Analyse marketing performance, footfall, and turnover data. Support community engagement and sponsorship initiatives.

About You Previous marketing experience. Strong social media and content creation skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. Highly organised with a proactive approach. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
