JOB TITLE: Marketing Manager
COMPANY: Dental Excellence Group
LOCATION: Liverpool Head Office
JOB TYPE: Full time, permanent
SALARY: £40,000–£60,000 per year, dependent on experience
Dental Excellence is growing, and we're looking for a Marketing Manager to take ownership of how our brands show up in the world. You'll lead marketing for Dental Excellence, our flagship brand, with involvement across our wider portfolio including Avant Garde and Same Day Smile, shaping premium content, growing our audiences, and driving the marketing strategy behind new clinic launches nationwide.
What you'll do
- Own digital marketing across the group, with primary focus on the Dental Excellence brand and involvement in Avant Garde and Same Day Smile
- Lead and develop your team, including a Marketing & Social Media Assistant, Content Creators and champion our in-house creatives to produce premium content
- Manage content calendars and the approvals process across brands and channels
- Plan and deliver email marketing campaigns, using our CRM to nurture enquiries and drive bookings
- Grow our organic social followings, particularly on Instagram and TikTok, using data and insight to build brand awareness and patient acquisition
- Manage our external agency relationship covering Google Ads, SEO and Meta ads, holding them to account on performance while you own organic channels
- Build and manage collaborations and influencer partnerships and measuring the impact on awareness and bookings
- Support new clinic launches nationwide with marketing strategy, and
- Get involved in offline marketing print, physical, PR and events

What we're looking for
Required:
- Proven experience in a marketing management role with responsibility for digital channels
- A track record of creating or directing premium content - you know what great looks like and how to get a team there
- Experience managing organic social media growth, ideally including Instagram and TikTok
- Hands-on experience with email marketing and CRM systems
- Experience managing people, external partners or agencies

Nice to have:
- Experience in dental, healthcare, aesthetics or another regulated, premium consumer sector
- Multi-brand or multi-site marketing experience, or involvement in new location launches
- Familiarity with how paid channels (Google Ads, SEO, Meta) fit alongside organic strategy
- Experience running influencer or creator collaborations, from outreach through to content delivery
What we offer
- £40,000–£60,000 per year, dependent on experience
