About the Role

This Marketing Manager (nakd) role combines strategic leadership with hands-on execution. Here’s where your focus will lie:

  • Bridge the global and UK sales teams, ensuring UK market needs are prioritised in development—challenging the global team when required.
  • Collaborate with sales to develop an annual growth plan, identifying critical KPIs and tackling key issues head-on.
  • Strike the balance between consumer insight and commercial strategy to keep the brand proposition competitive.
  • Monitor portfolio performance, refine the shelf offering (range, formats, and sub-ranges) to stay ahead of rivals.
  • Drive EPD (Environmental Product Declaration) and NPD (New Product Development) from pitch to market activation—social media, influencers, and shopper visibility—to boost penetration and sales.
  • Work with the global team to optimise our digital-first paid media and instore activations, Thenfeed insights-backed recommendations for improvement.
  • Own the brand’s digital and social presence, delivering content that resonates with consumers meaningfully.
  • Build and execute a community strategy, from events to partnerships and collaborations—locally inspired mastery.
  • Balance budget responsibility with accountable reporting for efficiency.

About You

We’re looking for:

  • A high-energy Marketing Manager thriving in agile, fast-paced environments—someone who loves sharpening the commercial edge of brands.
  • Ownership of the nakd. brand in the UK. Drive growth, leadership in execution, and diplomacy across stakeholders and external partners. Ideally, you’re a nakd. devotee with a genuine passion for food, healthy lifestyles, and consumer trends. A brand-hearted problem-solver with an appetite for autonomous action and impact.

  • RTW (Right to Work) in the UK (no sponsorship).
  • Bachelor’s degree minimum. Be commercially hyperaware—ask and demand excellence, then translate it into best practice.
  • Science track record—delivering growth in competitive FMCG or consumer goods sectors. You need to hit the ground running with clear brand authority.
  • A get-up-and-go personality. Love autonomy and ownership—shaping nakd. and driving it forward.
  • Unwavering passion for brands, trends, and food/health connection.
  • Every. Little. Detail counted— from OHSAS-18001 standards to impeccable visuals, presentations, and stakeholder communication.
  • A deep understanding of the retailer/wholesale landscape.
  • Someone who turns "can’t do" into "why not?"— proactive state of play-changers.
  • Proven ability to align global teams with UK needs—collaboration across brands, markets, and strategies.
  • Strategic wirer that wants to leave footprints (not footnotes).
  • Confidence to influence boards and drive latent value upfront.
  • Sharp ATL/BTL media expertise, with a manufactured skills to manage agencies.
  • You’re the team glue— collaboration guru, relationship builder, self starter, and trusted partner.

Education & Experience:

  • Minimum: Degree + 6+ years relevant marketing experience.
