Our values—Ambitious, Humble, People-Focused, and Fair & Responsible define our approach to innovation, partnership, and growth. If you believe in making a meaningful difference in healthcare and want to be part of a purpose-driven company with bold ambitions, now is the time to join us.

CMR is an exciting and evolving company to be joining right now. Our commitment to our goal of building a world-class medical devices company is underpinned by the ground-breaking innovation of our next generation of surgical robots and a diverse team of talented and supportive individuals.

We’re breaking new ground which makes working here exciting, it provides autonomy, opportunity and makes the things you do visible. Come and join us and see what you’re capable of.

About the Role

Working closely with Sales, Clinical Sales, Professional Education, Government Affairs and Global Marketing, you'll develop and execute marketing initiatives that create demand, generate high-quality leads and strengthen CMR's position as the partner of choice for surgeons and healthcare organisations across the UK. While your primary focus will be the UK, you'll also support our distributor partner in Ireland with aligned marketing activities and strategic initiatives.

You'll spend as much time understanding customers and supporting commercial activities as you will planning campaigns.

Success in this role isn't measured by the number of events delivered or brochures produced, it's measured by the opportunities you help create and the impact you have on the growth of the UK business.

Responsibilities

Marketing Strategy & Commercial Growth

  • Develop and deliver the UK marketing strategy aligned to the commercial objectives of the business.
  • Design and execute campaigns that generate qualified commercial opportunities and support pipeline growth.
  • Work closely with the sales leadership team to identify priority markets, accounts and specialties.
  • Develop account-based marketing initiatives that support strategic NHS and private healthcare opportunities.
  • Support marketing activities in Ireland by collaborating with our distributor partner to deliver aligned campaigns, events and customer engagement initiatives.
  • Track campaign performance and continually optimise marketing activity based on measurable outcomes.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
