Marketing Manager - Savings and Investment (12 Month FTC)
Location: Halifax or Leeds Salary: £61,344 – £68,160 (Full-time, hybrid)
About the Role
This exciting role involves managing the Customer Lifecycle Management (CLM) marketing plan for a key business area, focusing on deepen and retain activity across critical customer segments. The Marketing Manager will:
- Own the execution of marketing activities to drive innovation and performance.
- Collaborate closely with Full Funnel, Accelerator, and partner teams in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Lead test-and-learn approaches, scaling successful strategy while optimising performance.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Campaign Leadership
- Define and test hypotheses to improve customer engagement and retention.
- Work in agile pods to deliver high-impact, innovation-driven campaigns.
- Handover successful activity to Growth, CRM, and Campaigns & Social Accelerator teams for automation.
Customer-Centric Marketing
- Ensure a deep understanding of customer behaviour, needs, and journeys to inform decision-making.
- Data-driven decision-making – Track performance, optimise campaigns, and report outcomes.
