Marketing Manager – Savings and Investment (12 Month FTC)


JOB TITLE Marketing Manager – Savings and Investment

SALARY £61,344 – £68,160 per annum

LOCATIONS Halifax, Bristol, Chester or Leeds

WORK PATTERN Full-time, hybrid (2 days/week or 40% office-based) Adaptable for colleagues with disabilities, with adjustments available under our Flexibility Works policy.


About the Role

We are seeking a Marketing Manager to drive and execute the Customer Lifecycle Management (CLM) strategy within our savings and investment business area. You will own performance outcomes, deliver deepen-and-retain activities, and collaborate across Full Funnel, Accelerator, and partner teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the execution of the CLM marketing plan, ensuring accountability for deepen and retain strategies across key customer segments.
  • Define marketing hypotheses, shape test-and-learn initiatives, and deliver against agreed KPIs while maintaining a data-driven approach.
  • Work in agile pods to solve complex marketing challenges, driving innovation at pace in cross-disciplinary teams.
  • Oversee the transition of successful campaigns into automated Growth, CRM, and Campaigns & Social Accelerator processes.
  • Ensure a deep understanding of customer behaviours, needs, and journeys to align marketing plans and priorities.
  • Leverage data and insight to optimise performance, report outcomes, and enhance campaign effectiveness.
  • Stay ahead of marketing trends, technologies, and channels to continuously improve strategies.

What We’re Looking For

Essential Experience & Skills

  • Full Funnel & Customer Lifecycle Marketing expertise in deepen-and-retain strategies.
  • Experience in cross-sell/upsell campaigns driving incremental customer and commercial value for financial services (preferably in savings/investments).
  • Background in agile methodologies, fast-paced collaboration, and managing dependencies across multi-functional teams.
  • Ability to prioritise, test-and-learn, and scale effective activity based on data-driven insights.
  • Strong commercial acumen, with an ability to balance customer-centricity with ROI-driven business goals.
