Marketing Manager - Savings and Investment (12 Month FTC) | End Date: Tuesday 07 July 2026 | Salary Range: £61,344 - £68,160
Location: Halifax Hours: Full-time Duration: 12 Month Fixed-Term Contract Working Pattern: Hybrid (2+ days in office / 40% hybrid)
About the Role
We're looking for a Marketing Manager specialising in Savings and Investment, with a critical role in driving customer lifecycle management for aligned business areas.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Manage the execution of the Customer Lifecycle Management (CLM) marketing plan, ensuring accountability for deepen and retain activity across key customer segments
- Implement marketing activity supporting innovation and owning performance outcomes, collaborating closely with Full Funnel, Accelerator, and partner teams
- Define hypotheses to test, shape test-and-learn activity, and deliver against agreed objectives
- Deliver tactical marketing challenges within agile pods (lean, temporary, cross-disciplinary teams)
- Manage handover of successful activity to CRM, Growth, and Campaigns & Social teams for automation
- Maintain a deep understanding of customer needs, behaviour, and journeys to inform planning and prioritisation
- Use data and insights for tracking performance, optimising activity, and reporting outcomes
- Stay ahead of marketing trends in channels, data, and technology to continuously improve effectiveness
- Cultivate a culture of strong execution, agility, and collaboration, contributing positively to team performance

Requirements
Full Funnel Marketing Planning & Execution
- Proven experience in Customer Lifecycle Management (CLM) or full-funnel marketing activity
- Experience driving cross-sell and upsell campaigns delivering incremental customer and commercial value
Agile Ways of Working
- Experience thriving in agile environments, collaborating across teams and disciplines
- Proven ability to prioritise, manage dependencies, and deliver work efficiently
Marketing Innovation
- Strong track record in developing test-and-learn marketing approaches
- Comfortable scaling insight-and-data-based activity while removing low-performing initiatives
Commercial Acumen
- Strong grasp of how marketing impacts commercial outcomes
- Ability to balance customer-centricity with business objectives and ROI
