Marketing Manager – Ambien Group
Overview
We are looking for a commercially minded Marketing Manager to lead and drive marketing across the Ambien Group brands, including Ambien360 (Exhibition Stands), London Audio Visual (AV & LED Hire), and Silvertown Studios (Virtual Production).
This is a hands-on role focused on generating leads, improving brand visibility, and supporting sales growth — not just managing campaigns, but delivering real business results.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and execute the overall marketing strategy across all brands
- Drive lead generation through SEO, paid ads, and website optimisation
- Manage and improve Google Ads / PPC campaigns (high priority)
- Oversee website performance (Squarespace), including speed, SEO, and conversion
- Work closely with sales to ensure strong lead flow and follow-up systems
- Manage and grow social media presence with relevant, real content
- Coordinate content creation (video, photography, case studies)
- Track performance and report on ROI, leads, and conversions
- Support with email marketing and CRM integration (HubSpot / GHL)
- Continuously improve how enquiries are captured, tracked, and converted

Requirements
- Proven experience in marketing with a strong focus on lead generation
- Strong understanding of SEO, PPC (Google Ads), and website optimisation
- Experience managing websites (preferably Squarespace or similar)
- Commercial mindset — understands sales, not just marketing
- Confident working across multiple brands and priorities
- Data-driven, able to track and improve performance

What We’re Looking For

Nice To Have
- Experience in exhibitions, events, AV, or production industries
- Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot, GoHighLevel, etc.)
- Experience managing or briefing creative teams (video, design)
