Marketing Manager – Ambien Group

Overview

We are looking for a commercially minded Marketing Manager to lead and drive marketing across the Ambien Group brands, including Ambien360 (Exhibition Stands), London Audio Visual (AV & LED Hire), and Silvertown Studios (Virtual Production).

This is a hands-on role focused on generating leads, improving brand visibility, and supporting sales growth — not just managing campaigns, but delivering real business results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and execute the overall marketing strategy across all brands
  • Drive lead generation through SEO, paid ads, and website optimisation
  • Manage and improve Google Ads / PPC campaigns (high priority)
  • Oversee website performance (Squarespace), including speed, SEO, and conversion
  • Work closely with sales to ensure strong lead flow and follow-up systems
  • Manage and grow social media presence with relevant, real content
  • Coordinate content creation (video, photography, case studies)
  • Track performance and report on ROI, leads, and conversions
  • Support with email marketing and CRM integration (HubSpot / GHL)
  • Continuously improve how enquiries are captured, tracked, and converted

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
