Head of Growth & Marketing Manager

London, UK | Full-Time | Hybrid (Office, Events & Client Locations)

Build a Brand. Build a Company. Build Your Legacy.

We are not looking for a traditional marketing manager.

We are looking for a growth-minded operator who wants to help build one of the most exciting modern marketing and media companies in the UK.

Our company sits at the intersection of:

  • Corporate Marketing & Lead Generation
  • Financial Services
  • Elite Boxing & Combat Sports
  • Ecommerce
  • Personal Branding
  • High-Performance Entrepreneurship

One day you could be helping a financial services client generate qualified leads through webinars and email campaigns.

The next, you could be ringside filming a world champion boxer, launching a new ecommerce product, or helping scale a CEO's personal brand across YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram and podcasts.

This is an opportunity to join at the beginning and become a key leader in a fast-growing company.

What You'll Be Responsible For

Growth & Customer Acquisition

  • Developing and executing lead generation campaigns
  • Building marketing funnels that convert prospects into clients
  • Creating and optimising email marketing campaigns
  • Managing CRM systems and customer journeys
  • Generating leads for financial services and corporate clients
  • Supporting ecommerce customer acquisition strategies

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
