About Us
New Age Partners is a fast-growing financial services group comprising six specialist businesses operating across crypto, foreign exchange, payments, commercial finance, consultancy and professional services. Our businesses support sophisticated corporate clients around the world. As we continue to grow, marketing plays an increasingly important role in building our brands, generating demand and supporting commercial growth across the Group.
We're now looking for an ambitious Marketing Manager to join our growing team and work directly with the CMO.
This is a unique opportunity to gain broad exposure across multiple businesses, products and sectors while helping shape the future of marketing within the Group. Working in partnership with the CMO, you'll be involved in campaigns, content, events, partner marketing and digital activity, ensuring marketing supports commercial objectives and delivers measurable results.
This is a broad, hands-on role that combines strategic thinking with delivery. You'll enjoy variety, be comfortable managing multiple priorities and work closely with senior stakeholders across the Group.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
