Marketing Manager – Brochures & Publications
Brochure Manager - Fixed-Term Contract (12 Months)
We’re currently looking for a Brochure Manager to join the Marketing Team on a Fixed-Term Contract (FTC) for 12 months, ensuring all publications are aligned with the Wickes brand.
You’ll oversee the creative development and production of Wickes publications, including promotional leaflets and seasonal flyers, guaranteeing timely, budget-friendly production while maintaining brand alignment.
Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, this role requires internal and external stakeholder management, as well as budget oversight and end-to-end responsibility in the publication process—from brief to distribution.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the creative development and production of all Wickes publications (promotional leaflets, seasonal flyers), ensuring they deliver on time, on budget, and aligned with the Wickes brand
- Manage the full production lifecycle, collaborating with in-house studios and external suppliers to secure quality output
- Develop and maintain efficient processes for workload planning, tracking run rates, and managing stock levels
- Brand guardian: Ensure all creative adheres to brand guidelines
- Oversee photography and CGI imagery production to meet brand-led trends and brief specifications
- Budget ownership: Report on expenditure, identify cost savings, and phase budgets by period
- Build strong relationships with suppliers, printers, and internal stakeholders (Commerce, Marketing, Retail Operations)
- Implement stakeholder engagement strategies to align production with business goals

Requirements
- Education: Graduate degree or A-levels/equivalent
- Experience:
- Strong creative eye, with ability to communicate design thinking with stakeholders
- Hands-on experience in design and production environments, including workload planning, communication planning, artwork production, and print production
- Experience in brand guardianship
- Proven project management and stakeholder management skills
- Attention to detail and proofreading
- Technical Skills:
- Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator (CS)
- Familiarity with publication software and print workflows
