Role Description

The Marketing Manager is responsible for planning, developing, and executing marketing strategies that enhance brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and support business growth. This role involves managing marketing campaigns, analyzing market trends, coordinating cross-functional initiatives, and optimizing marketing performance across multiple channels.

The Marketing Manager collaborates with product, sales, creative, and external partners to develop integrated marketing initiatives that align with business objectives. Responsibilities include:

  • Overseeing campaign planning and execution
  • Managing marketing content and communications
  • Monitoring campaign performance
  • Conducting market research
  • Analyzing customer insights

  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, agencies, and external partners.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present marketing strategies and results clearly.
  • Understanding of budgeting, marketing performance measurement, and return on investment (ROI) analysis.
