About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Marketing Manager (Campaigns) to lead the planning, delivery and optimisation of integrated student recruitment campaigns across the UK and international markets. Working across digital, social, paid media and out-of-home, you will develop insight-led campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, applications and enrolments across undergraduate and postgraduate audiences.
- Working closely with colleagues across faculties, campuses and external agencies, you will play a pivotal role in supporting recruitment ambitions and enhancing our competitive position.
- You'll have a degree or be part qualified in a relevant professional qualification and will have extensive experience of delivering successful multi-channel marketing campaigns within a complex stakeholder environment.
- You'll have strong skills in campaign management, data analysis and performance reporting.
- You'll be confident working with agencies and suppliers, managing budgets, developing compelling marketing content and using customer insight to drive decision-making.
- With excellent communication and organisational skills, you will be able to manage multiple priorities, build effective relationships and deliver measurable results.
