Location: Alcester / Hybrid Salary: £45,000 per year

Your role will be pivotal in shaping how Helping Hands connects with customers and families across the UK, ensuring our marketing strategy aligns with our mission to deliver extraordinary care.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Planning and coordinating integrated national marketing campaigns across multiple channels (digital, social, PR, print, and paid media)
- Developing campaign briefs, timelines, and content plans
- Collaborating with internal teams, agencies, and media partners to deliver high-quality, on-brand campaigns
- Utilising audience insight, research, and performance data to refine and optimise campaign effectiveness
- Monitoring results to identify growth opportunities and ROI improvements
- Supporting a test-and-learn approach to maximise engagement and commercial success
- Ensuring on-time delivery, brand consistency, and exceptional customer experience

- Drive brand awareness, customer enquiries, and business growth through strategic marketing initiatives

What We’re Looking For
We seek a commercially astute marketer who blends creativity with strong organisational and analytical skills, passionately dedicated to delivering results.
Essential
- Proven experience in delivering integrated multi-channel marketing campaigns
- Strong project and stakeholder management ability
- Data-driven approach with an aptitude for converting insights into actionable strategies
- Excellent communication skills and relationship-building expertise
- Balanced creative and commercial mindset
- Ability to prioritise and manage multiple projects effectively
- Focus on brand consistency, quality, and customer experience
