Marketing Manager - Commercial Property

360 Marketing Manager

Salary: £45–55k DOE Location: Tottenham (Hybrid – 3 days in the office)

Role Overview

The Marketing Manager will drive enquiries and occupancy across our commercial property portfolio and serviced offices. This generalist role balances digital execution, agency management, broker relations, and local event planning.


Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Broker Relations

  • Drive inbound enquiries to maintain high occupancy levels
  • Manage broker portals, ensuring pricing, availability, and imagery are up to date
  • Nurture broker relationships through regular outreach and platform updates
  • Track lead sources to optimise marketing spend and ROI

Digital Marketing & Advertising

  • Oversee SEO strategies to improve organic search visibility
  • Manage paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads and Paid Social
  • Direct external agencies handling technical SEO and ad performance
  • Maintain social media profiles with consistent, engaging content

Offline & Direct Marketing

  • Coordinate offline advertising (local signage, print media)
  • Execute email mailouts to brokers, prospects, and current tenants
  • Create sales collateral (digital brochures, site floorplans)
  • Ensure brand consistency across all physical and digital touchpoints

Events & Community Engagement

  • Plan networking events to attract local brokers and businesses
  • Organise community events for current serviced office tenants
  • Manage event budgets, logistics, and post-event follow-ups

Required Skills and Experience

  • Industry experience: Minimum 3–4 years in a generalist Marketing role (open to all industries, but commercial real estate, flexi-work spaces, local marketing highly advantageous)
  • Digital proficiency: Experience with Google Analytics, CRM tools, CMS platforms
  • Communication skills: Strong writing ability for email campaigns and site copy
  • Relationship building: Confident in pitching to and networking with brokers
  • Project management: Ability to multitask across digital campaigns and physical events
