At Revolut, we have 13,000+ people working around the world, from our offices and remotely, to help us achieve our mission.

About the Role

Drawing from a combination of strategy, data, and creativity, our Growth team drives expansion by launching in new markets, accelerating acquisition, and boosting engagement and retention. We transform insights into action, collaborating across teams and channels to scale what works and experiment with future possibilities.

We’re seeking a Marketing Manager (Conversion Rate Optimisation) to lead CRO and paid acquisition across our core markets, scaling growth, and overseeing paid performance across multiple channels.

You’ll also spearhead efforts in landing page and conversion optimisation, including ideation, execution, testing, and enhancement of conversion rates through the acquisition funnel.

Up for shaping what’s next in finance? Let’s connect.

What You’ll Be Doing

Paid Acquisition & Growth Strategy

  • Manage end-to-end growth performance across paid channels for our core markets, including budget allocation and campaign optimisation
  • Identify and capitalise on market-level growth opportunities
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration to improve website layouts, user journeys, and funnel conversions

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
