My client is a fast-growing, purpose-led technology business operating at the intersection of energy, sustainability and innovation who is seeking a Marketing Manager to join its UK team. With ambitious growth plans, a strong leadership team and a genuinely collaborative culture, the business is helping organisations adopt smarter, more sustainable solutions while delivering measurable commercial outcomes.

Your new role

As Marketing Manager, you will take ownership of executing the UK marketing programme, driving demand generation activity and creating qualified sales opportunities for the commercial team. Working as part of a small, agile growth function, you'll partner closely with sales to build pipeline through a combination of multi-channel campaigns, events, content marketing and account-based marketing initiatives.

  • Planning and delivering integrated B2B marketing campaigns.
  • Executing lead generation and demand creation initiatives.
  • Supporting account-based marketing programmes targeting key prospects.
  • Managing events, exhibitions, webinars and industry conferences.
  • Developing and coordinating content across digital channels.
  • Managing marketing automation and lead nurture activity through HubSpot.
  • Reporting on campaign performance, pipeline contribution and ROI.
  • Working with external agencies, partners and freelancers.
  • Identifying opportunities to improve efficiency through automation and AI tools.

What you'll need to succeed

  • 3-6 years' experience within B2B marketing.
  • Experience delivering lead generation or demand generation campaigns.
  • A track record of successfully planning and executing events.
  • Experience working with CRM and marketing automation platforms, ideally HubSpot.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • A data-driven approach with a focus on measurable business outcomes.
  • Confidence partnering with sales teams to generate pipeline and revenue opportunities.

Experience within technology, SaaS, energy, cleantech or other B2B growth sectors would be highly advantageous, as would exposure to ABM, SEO, content marketing and AI-enabled marketing tools.
